Why work with me?

With a background in occupational therapy and more than 13 years’ experience in the field of vocational rehabilitation, pain management and mental health, I am passionate about helping people function optimally and indeed, thrive. As therapist and case manager, I have experience in liaising with all stakeholders, including clients, insurers and employers, to facilitate a smooth and sustainable return to work, making recommendations with regards to work accommodations and modifications.

I bring this wealth of experience to my work as a coach where I now partner with clients and employers to design optimal work habits, rhythms & environments for clients in the neurodiverse community, enabling them to flourish.

I am an accredited Sensory Intelligence Practitioner and the completion of a sensory matrix often forms part of the service. This tool helps the coachee to understand their sensory profile and as a result, identify strategies to help with the management of stress and self-regulate.
