π§π»ββοΈ Identify opportunities to tune into your body during your work day.
What to have by your side:
π A fruit (or something similar) with a smell that you like, for instance an apple or an orange.
β Your favourite warm drink.
π Journal and pen.
π―οΈ A candle for added ambiance.
